- Shipping & Delivery
- Prices listed on the website include shipping & delivery to your location, anywhere in Australia. Delivery takes between 5 - 7 working days to all Australian Capital City locations (add 1 - 2 days for rural, or non metropolitan areas). If for any reason we are unable to deliver your purchase, we will notify you within 2 business days, or sooner if possible. Machines are insured for their purchase value when shipping to you.

Espresso Superstore value, and respect customer privacy, and will not disclose your information to any 3rd party. Espresso Superstore use paypal, and eWay for online payments, and do not store your credit card information in any way. Our payments are conducted over 128 bit encrypted secure web pages, and your information is protected at each stage.

Espresso Superstore offer a 12 month warranty over all Coffee Machines purchased through our online store, covering all servicable parts of the machines.
Returns can be made by physically dropping off the machine to the following address:

....or shipping the machine to that address. After service, Espressosuperstore will cover the cost of return shipping to you (pls ensure you provide your return address details).
Once repaired, we will cover the cost of insuring your machine for its purchase value when returning the machine to you.
